Yellow Fish sauce

Ikan Kuah Kuning
5 ekor mackerel (tuna can be true or kakap takarannya)
1 lemon fruit, water PERAS
2 stem Serai, memarkan
1 sheet bay
2 pieces of orange leaves
2 basil stem, leaf siangi
2 red tomatoes
3-4 glasses of water
Fine spices:
4 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
2 red chili fruit ringleted
Turmeric 1 vertebra
Ginger 1 vertebra
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
How to create:
- Clean the fish, lumuri with perasan lime juice.
- Tumis smooth flavor, Serai, salam leaves, and lime leaves until fragrant.
- Enter the water, tomatoes, basil leaves and boil ago
- Then enter the fish, cooked with spices to fire are sodden.
Note: This dish does not enjoy using a spoon, but directly with the hands.
