Broery Pesulima or also known by the name Broery Marantika (25 June 1948-7 April 2000) is a singer and musician born in Indonesia's Ambon.

Real name is Simon Dominggus Pesulima, during his career he also uses the name Broery Marantika taken from his mother's family name. He was raised by the family of his mother's uncle, Rev.. Simon Marantika. His father named Gijsberth Pesulima while her mother called Wilmintje Marantika. Broery has three brothers, namely Henky, Freejohn and Helmi. Helmi Pesulima also known as a singer.

One of the famous songs are thorny and Roses Night Wind. He was a stroke in 1998, after that he often entered the hospital exit. Broery leaving a wife and two children.

Broery married the first time in Singapore with local performers in the famous all over Asia, Anita Sarawak. In marriage, the use Broery name Broery Abdullah. After the divorce, he again uses the name of the original and marrying Wanda Irene Latuperisa. They have two children and Indonesia Pesulima nabila Methaya Pesulima.

BIOGRAPHY

Broery Pesulima or also known by the name Broery Marantika (25 June 1948 - 7 April 2000) was a singer and musician born in Ambon. Real name is Simon Dominggus Pesulima, during his career he also uses the name Broery Marantika taken from his mother's family name. Broery uncle grew by Simon Priest Marantika. His father named Gijsberth Pesulima while her mother called Wilmintje Marantika.

Since small Broery is a member of the church choir in Ambon. In 1964 he was the singing contest held oeh Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) in Ambon. Broery a year and then moved to Jakarta and started his career as a professional singer with Remy Leimena join the group.

Broery make the first album recorded in the year 1968-1969. He was known for starting roles in the film End A Dreamland in 1971 and in the film Broery sing two songs, Wind and Night Dream sad. Broery experienced since the stroke in 1998 and on 7 April 2000 Broery died in hospital Cinere Puri, Jakarta
