Grilled Fish with a Tomato sambal

Ikan Bakar Colo Colo

1000 gr fish
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp lime juice
banana leaf
Bahan-bahan sambal colo colo:
ingredients sambal:
4 red rawits
4 shallots
2 tomatoes
4 sprigs kemangi
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp lime juice
Cara membuat;
Clean the fish and slice it sideways. Rub the fish in with the salt and the lime juice and sprinkle it with oil. Wrap the fish in banana leaf. Grill the fish above a charcoal fire slowly for 25 minutes.
Pluck the kemangi leaves and chop them fine. Cut the shallots, the tomatoes and the rawits fine. Mix all ingredients for the sambal and serve it with the fish or spoon it on top of the fish.
