Banana medley

Pisang Rampai
Original Cooking from Maluku Islands, Indonesia.
Presented as a normal breakfast, or belly up just before leaving for work.
Material:
1 / 2 grains rather young coconut, peeled skin arinya, seam lengthwise
Salt secukupnya
1 pandan leaf pieces, ragged
1 bunch of bananas kepok / king ripe
125 g brown sugar, sliced finely
How to Make:
1. Grated coconut mixed with salt and pandan leaves. Move in small bowl.
2. Place banana in the boiler and place the bowl containing coconut above. Steam 30 minutes until cooked. Lift.
3. Peeled banana and cut setebal 1 cm.
4. Place bananas in a plate, taburi coconut and brown sugar. Serve.
